About the Author

Ayushi Singh hails from Uttar Pradesh and was raised there. She completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science (Hons) from Miranda House, University of Delhi. Achieving a remarkable AIR 86 in the CSE 2018, she successfully entered the Indian Administrative Services (IAS). While undergoing training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), she concurrently pursued a postgraduate degree. Following two years as a Project Officer at the Integrated Tribal Development Project (ITDP) in Jawhar, Palghar, she currently holds the esteemed position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Zila Parishad Gadchiroli, Maharashtra.

Nityanand Jha was originally born in the Madhubani district of Bihar but was raised in Guwahati, Assam. He earned his B. Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK) in 2014. During his time at IITK, he served as a Visiting Research Scholar at the National University of Singapore (NUS).Following his graduation, he contributed his expertise to various civil services coaching institutes in New Delhi while diligently preparing for the Civil Services Examination (CSE). In the CSE 2018, he achieved an impressive All India Rank (AIR) of 128 and secured a position in the Indian Police Service (IPS), being allotted the Maharashtra Cadre. Upon completing his training at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA), he commenced his service in Palghar district as the Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in September 2021. Recently, in November 2023, he got promoted to the role of Additional Superintendent of Police in Gondia district, Maharashtra.
